Stress is a part of being human, and it can help motivate you to get things done. Even high stress from serious illness, job loss, a death in the family or a painful life event can be a natural part of life. You may feel down or anxious, and that’s normal too for a while.

Excess workload causes stress, but if a person knows how to manage his/her time which can help prioritize thus focusing on what is more important and investing enough time to do so. Focusing on one task at a time can also help reduce stress.
As, laughing is known as the world’s best medicine. Laughter therapy is one of the activities which can help manage stress. Research has shown that physical and mental health go hand in hand, so to manage stress, individuals can try do yoga, meditation, deep breathing, focus and some cardio exercises. This helps deviate mind from things which causes stress.
